Logging On

On Campus

  • Cisco 7912
    • Lift the receiver and hit the messages button or dial 7000.
    • Enter your password
  • Cisco 7960
    • Lift the receiver and press the line associated with your extension.
    • Press the messages button or dial 7000.
    • Enter your password.

Off Campus

  • Dial the Campuses main number (613)267-2859.
  • Press 1.
  • Dial 7000.
  • Enter your extension followed by #.
  • Enter your password.

  • Log into your voicemail.
  • Press 4.
  • Press 3.
  • Enter your new password and confirm.

Playing Your Messages
  • Log into your voicemail.
  • Press 1 for New Messages.
  • If you wish to save a message Press 2. Press 3 to delete.
  • Press 2 to send a message.
  • Press 3 to review saved messages.
  • Messages are saved for 15 days. After which they are removed. Once a message is removed/deleted from the server it cannot be restored.
