The Initial Printer Driver

You should already have the printer driver installed for the Ricoh Printer. You can confirm this by:

• Go to "Start"
• Go to "Settings"
• Go to "Printers and Faxes"

You should see your assigned local Ricoh printer in the list. If not then please contact ITS support to have it installed.
