Step 1.
Right-Click or double-click the Computer icon on your desktop or in the start menu and choose Map Network Drive

 

Step 2.  
Opening the Map Network Drive screen

A. Set the drive letter to N - Choose N because some programs require it.

B. Set the Folder path as follows:

Woodroffe (Staff and Students): \\algshare\home

Perth:

Staff:
   \\perthshare\staff$\hancocj
Students:
   \\perthshare\students$\ptce0001

Departmental share now    \\perthshare\staffuse$\sharename

Example: \\perth-1\carpentry is now    \\perthshare\staffuse$\carpentry

Pembroke:

Staff:
    \\pembroke-1\username$
Students:
    \\pembroke-2\user0001$

C. Check the box "Reconnect at Logon"

D. Check the box "Connect using different credentials"

E. Click Finish

 

Step 3.
Log on with the following information.

A. Log on with woodroffe\<username> and then your password

B. Check the box Remember my credentials.

C. Click OK.
