Q. My CISCO phone has no display, what can I do?

A. Be sure it is plugged in to a Cisco enabled network jack. when you plug it into the wall a green light should come on. Make sure all connections are correct. See this link for the phone connections

Q. My phone sits there saying "Configuring IP...". What can I do?

A. Try disconnecting the network wire and reconnecting. It will reboot the phone. You can also reboot the phone by this method :

With the handset on the hook press Settings, then **#** to reboot
