Mac Address                      

The mac address is a unique number which identifies your computer, phone, printer or other device on the internet.

To find the Mac address on your CISCO phone there are two methods.

The 10-12 character MAC address can be seen by hitting "settings","3" on the phone. It is also on a small barcode sticker on the back of the phone with numbers and letters (A-F only).
