Report Problems or Requests
You can contact ITS for assistance with your phone.
If there is a problem we need:
- the phone extension
- the room number
- the MAC address
- A detailed description of the problem
- Your network username
If you need a change to your phone or phone account please include:
- the MAC(s)
- phone extensions
- Names of the people involved
- room numbers of all phones involved
- A detailed description of all the changes needed.
