Authentication needed?
Do you have to be authenticate to the College network by VPN to use this system?

To access some parts of the phone system you may need to be authenticated to the College network by VPN. For example accessing the speed dial page.

Staff? Student?:
Is it a staff system, student system? Or both.

Generally a staff sytem but students will use it when in the labs or the Residence.

Backup/Restore? :
What are the backup features and how can clients benefit?

There is no voicemail restoration service at this time
