OWA Voicemail Support                       

The following allows staff and faculty of Algonquin College to access their Voicemail using the Outlook Web Access (OWA or OWA Light).

Once logged into OWA, the graphical interface looks like Outlook 2007. In that same fashion, voicemails are easily identifiable.
Here is a sample Email with a voicemail attachment:

By clicking on the VoiceMessage.wav attachment, you will be prompted to OPEN, SAVE or CANCEL. Select OPEN and listen to the voicemail via an external program such as Windows Media Player.
NOTE: You will need speakers to listen to this voicemail audio. If no speakers are available, you can contact your voicemail via phone by calling extension 1400, then entering your extension number and password.
