On Campus

• Cisco 7960
  • Lift the receiver. If you are on a phone with multiple extensions press the line associated with your extension.
  • Press the messages button or dial 1400 for Woodroffe or 2600 for Pembroke.
  • Enter your password.

Off Campus

• Dial the Campuses main number (613)727-4723 (Woodroffe) (613) 735-4700 (Pembroke).
• Dial 1400 *    (Woodroffe) or 2600 *  (Pembroke) .
• Enter your extension followed by #.
• Enter your password.

Exchange - Those who have been migrated to Exchange will just say "Voicemail" or dial 1400, Then hit * (star)

If this is the first time you are logging into your voicemail you will automatically be asked to change your password. You can also do it online at: https://voicemail.algonquincollege.com/ciscopca/logon.do.

• Log into your voicemail.
• Press 4.
• Press 3.
• Enter your new password and confirm.

If this is the first time you are logging into your voicemail you will automatically be asked to change your Recorded Name. You can also do it online at: https://voicemail.algonquincollege.com/ciscopca/logon.do.

• Log into your voicemail.
• Press 4.
• Press 2.
• Follow the prompts until complete.

• If you wish to save a message Press 2. Press 3 to delete.
• Press 2 to send a message.
• Press 3 to review saved messages.
• Please note that once a message is removed/deleted from the server it cannot be restored.
