Telephones for New Staff               specs    faq    glossary

Getting started - As new staff you will either:

  • inherit a phone
  • or get a new installation
  • perhaps use a locally shared phone
  • or get a mobility account which allows you to log into any phone as though it is your own.

You have to be set up with your name and voicemail account. Often this will be arranged by the office manager. Go to the next section for more details but for now here is a link for getting your voicemail account up and running once you have it.

Your Phone Account

The phone needs to be set up in your name by ITS. Call us for assistance. College telephones are VOIP and rely on the network for functionality

Get connected

You need to contact ITS to get set up with a phone and a phone account. There may be costs associated with this and you will be informed when you call.
