To be eligible for the Job Connect program you must be out of school, looking for work, and you must be an Ontario resident.  Most often, applicants are between the ages of 16 and 24.  The agency you are applying to provides employment counselling and on-the-job training opportunities for those who meet the Job Connect eligibility requirements. It provides these opportunities in Renfrew County only.
