Can I see my results online?

Results will be available 13 calendar days after each test date. Candidates can pick up their Test Report Forms in person at Algonquin College, room B453, from 9 am to 11 am on the 13th day following the test. All results which are not picked up at that time will be mailed to the candidates via Canada Post. We can not predict how long it will take Canada Post to deliver the results. If you need your results quickly, please pick them up in person on the 13th day or arrange to have them couriered (for an extra charge)

Unofficial online results can be accessed 13 days following your test. These can be found here.

If you are having trouble accessing your results online, please be sure to use your full name as it appears in your passport.

Please note: No results will be released by email or telephone.

Enquiry on Results

If you feel that you should have scored higher on your IELTS test, you can request an Enquiry on Results (EOR). To request an EOR, please email us your completed Enquiry on Results Application at ielts@algonquincollege.com

You must submit this request within 6 weeks of your test date. The fee for a re-mark is $170, which is refunded to you if the results are returned in your favour. You will be sent a link to pay the fee online once we have received your forms.

An Enquiry on Results takes about 2-3 weeks from the time the request is received. If your result changes, you will need to send us your original Test Report Form before we issue you a new one with the new scores.

If any component is re-marked higher than the original score, you will receive the following upon the surrendering of your original TRF (we will need the original TRF to be sent to us)

  • A full refund
  • A reprinted TRF (once we receive your original TRF)

Payment

  • A bank draft, certified cheque or money order for $170, made out to Algonquin College
  • Request a link to our secure online system, where you can pay by Visa or MasterCard
