New Year, New You!

The winter semester is in full swing and your thoughts have turned to what you would like to accomplish in 2017. January is a month filled with hopes, expectations and above all else – resolutions. A new year brings the motivation to make a new start; we want to improve ourselves and move forward.

This is why we at the Woodroffe library are supporting National Non-Smoking Week by offering complimentary ‘Quit Smoking’ kits. This annual initiative occurs on the third week of January, which currently falls on the 15th-21st. As you can guess, the goal is to quit smoking for good! As cigarettes are extremely addictive, we realize this is a tough endeavor but will be incredibly worthwhile once achieved. It’s amazing how quickly you will notice a difference in both your mental and physical health.

Each kit will include an elastic band, a straw, a mint and paper clips. We hope this will help control cravings by keeping your mind and body occupied. Drop by the library in A158 to grab one for yourself or a friend.
