Lost Items

  • If you believe that you have lost an item the Learning Resource Centre requests that you:

    • Search thoroughly for the item. If the due date is soon, renew the item to give yourself more time.

    • If you still cannot find the item please see a staff member at the Learning Resource Centre in person.

  • Lost items will still accumulate late fees until they are found and returned or until the replacement fee is paid.

  • Replacement fees will vary depending on the value of the material(s).

    • Note: The maximum replacement cost for visual media is $1,000.00.

  • A $10.00 processing fee will be added to the replacement fee.

Overdue notices are provided as a courtesy. Non-receipt of such notices does not absolve library users of the responsibility to return library materials by their due date.  Please ensure that the Learning Resource Centre has your correct mailing and e-mai address.
