and digital materials? What if I
want to Copy Internet materials? Does the Access Copyright License represent all publishers? No. See the Exclusions List for publishers not covered by the agreement. Government publications, workbooks, examination papers, instruction manuals, letters to the editors, and advertisements in newspapers and periodicals are also not covered by the License. What if I want to copy works from another country. The Access Copyright License covers works from Australia , Argentina , Canada , Denmark , France , Germany , Greece , Hong Kong , Iceland , Italy , Jamaica , Liechtenstein , Malta , Mexico , Netherlands , New Zealand , Norway , South Africa , Spain , Switzerland , United Kingdom , and the United States . For works outside the above list ed countries contact, copyright@algonquincollege.com Can I copy for class distribution? Yes. This comes under "incidental " copying (copies not for sale), and you can make one copy for each student in the class, two copies for each instructor and the number of copies required for administrative purposes. Remember copies must be spontaneous and cannot be compiled in any way and must comply with licensed limits. Can I make transparencies and overheads from pages in a published work for distribution to students in my class? Yes.
