| College Network | ||
| Students and staff are provided full access to the college network resources and services via their own network accounts. Features include access to email, network storage space, online course materials and Dialup or Virtual Private Network access from home. In addition, 100% of the college is covered by our wireless network enabling students with properly configured wireless laptops to connect from anywhere on the campus. | ||

| Blackboard | |
| Students are provided access to course learning materials via a course management system called Blackboard. This environment includes elements such as announcements which facilitate communication within the course, as well as online testing, if the teacher has enabled that. | |
| Blackboard Help | |
| Bbhelp is a service desk for help with Blackboard, the online course management system in use at the college. Support is provided via phone, email and an office in the various Resource Centres or Online Learning Centre. | |

| Eclassrooms and Labs |
| Over 170 classrooms and computer labs have been upgraded to full eclassroom standards. Instructors and students are able to make use of a multimedia computer with a full suite of software tools which can be projected to the front of the class for all to see. |

| The college has a wide range of labs with specialized equipment such as a Simulated Hospital where students training for health professions can learn together in a computer-simulated hospital environment. | ||||||||

| Open Access Centres | |
| Close to 400 computers have been set up in Access Centres which are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These provide admission to email, the Internet and college network resources as well as laser printers. | |
| Algonquin College Student Information System (ACSIS) | |
| Students can select courses, change sections, update electives, view timetables and update their personal information online through a secure web environment. | |

| Learning Resource Centre (LRC) | ||
| Through the LRC, students and faculty have access to information resources, databases and professional librarian support for their studies. | ||

| Online Learning Centre (OLC) | ||
| Students and Faculty can drop in to the Online Learning Centre for support with their learning and teaching activities. Staff, faculty and student tutors are here to help you succeed. | ||

| Information Technology Services (ITS) Helpdesk | ||
| Supports student and staff use of the network and computers including laptops, printers and audio-visual equipment. Also provides Student Monitors to help users in the Access Centres. | ||

| Centre for Students with Disabilities (CSD) | |
