Bannock Idol

 

Every March, the Mamidosewin Centre looks to crown a new Bannock Idol champion.

Students and staff put their skills to the test and the Mami community votes for their favourite dish. We provide the basic Bannock supplies to get you started and you can add your own special twist. Prizes and bragging rights for the winner of Bannock Idol!
