Q. I think I’m sick with the flu. What should I do?

A. Most cases of the flu, whether it’s H1N1 or the regular seasonal flu, do not require medical treatment. The government of Ontario has developed self-assessment charts that can help you decide whether or not to seek medical attention. The self-assessment tool is available at:

http://www.health.gov.on.ca/en/ccom/flu/h1n1/public/tools/assessment/default.aspx
