Algonquin College’s Ottawa campus is large, and there are numerous buildings with lockers available.  To help you find your locker, we have provided a Locker Locator, which has maps for every building and floor where you can find lockers.

Detailed rental terms and conditions can be found on our Rules & Regulations page, but here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Locker use is by official assignment only.  See the information below regarding unauthorized occupancy.
• You can use your own lock or purchase one at Connections: The Campus Store.
• Pay close attention to your locker number and expiry date.  If you haven’t cleared out your locker by your expiry date, your lock will be cut and the contents will be cleared out and stored in Locker Services (E120) for 30 days.
• We recommend that you do not share your locker with others.  Lockers are associated with your student account.  We cannot help another person with your assigned locker.
• If there is an unauthorized lock on your locker, bring your receipt, photo ID, and a lock to Locker Services so that we can remove it.  This usually takes 24-48 hours to process.
• If you notice damage to your locker, please report it so that we can repair it, or arrange another locker for you.
• We recommend that you do not place any valuables in your locker.  If you are concerned about your locker contents, we recommend that you obtain independent content insurance.
• If you are having trouble opening your lock, never try to force it, or cut it yourself.  This often damages the locker in the process.  Instead, please contact Locker Services.  We will remove the lock for a small fee.
• Students may only rent one locker at a time.
• Locker rentals are non-transferable.

Any locker used without authorization will have its lock removed and contents stored for a maximum of 30 days. After this time, all locker contents are disposed of. An administrative fee will apply for the retrieval of stored items. All locker areas of the College are patrolled year-round, and payment is always required for a locker rental.

Here are a few things that you can do to help keep our AC community healthy:

• If someone is using the locker beside yours, wait until they have finished using your locker.
• Please try to limit the amount of time spent at your locker.
• Do not share a locker with anyone.
• Please avoid touching anyone else’s locker.
