Welcome to Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley! 

Our new Waterfront Campus is located in the City of Pembroke, approximately 140 km. northwest of downtown Ottawa.  We're surrounded by beautiful countryside, forests, lakes and rivers--the perfect location for some of the most exhilarating outdoor programs on earth.

We are home to approximately 900 full-time students, including programs that are unique to our campus such as Outdoor Adventure, Outdoor Adventure Naturalist, Forestry Technician, Radiation Safety and Environmental Technician programs. We also offer a wide variety of full and part-time programs in Business, Technology, Health, and Community Studies.

We have been part of the Ontario College system since its inception in 1967 and for the past four decades, we have trained thousands of graduates who now work all over the world.
