If You Want A Career in Information Technology...
Our Computer Systems Technician Co-op Program

The CST program is new to the Pembroke Campus and is designed to give you a good working knowledge of PC systems technology, networking systems, and microcomputer operating systems. You will become a problem-solver and innovative thinker and, as a graduate, will be able to fill critical technical support positions in network systems installation, maintenance and administration, hardware/software sales and support, customer service, and technical support.
Paid Co-op Experience
This three-semester fast-track program also features an opportunity for a paid co-operative education experience for students who maintain a high academic standing. The co-op placement occurs during the summer months, between semesters two and three, and will provide students with a wonderful opportunity to gain invaluable work experience.
Industry Certifications
You will also be able to obtain several industry-recognized certifications at the Pearson Vue Test Centre located at the Pembroke Campus.
The Computer Systems Technician program will get you prepared to write exams for several popular IT certifications such as CompTIA’s A+ and Network+, Linux+, Novel CNA, and Microsoft MCP.
