Outdoor Adventure PLUS ! 

Kayaking and canoeing, snowshoeing, hiking, back country camping, wildlife viewing, photography and an optional paid co-operative education experience...it’s all part of the Outdoor Adventure Naturalist program at Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley.

costa rica frogThe Outdoor Adventure Naturalist program combines outdoor adventure skills, business fundamentals and nature and environmental education. Outdoor skills are developed through field trips and expeditions.

Our partnership with Wilderness Tours, one of the leading adventure tourism companies in North America, ensures that students have access to high quality equipment and exceptional training facilities during their hands-on practical experiences.

If you love the outdoors and want to work in the adventure tourism industry, the Outdoor Adventure Naturalist program will pave the way to an exciting career.
