Cafeteria - Pembroke Campus
Breakfast, lunch, supper, nutritional snacks and coffee break items are served in the cafeteria under the direction of our Chef Andre Renaud.
Hot lunches and suppers are available throughout the college year on a Monday to Friday basis starting as early as 7:30 a.m.
Daily specials at reasonable prices are varied and delicious. Of course, there are perennial favourites such as pizza and fries, along with healthy choices of salads, wraps, including vegetarian options, and a different homemade soup every day. Fresh baked goods are made each morning, and there is always a selection of fruit, sandwiches and salads for those on the run.
The cafeteria is located on the first floor of the Pembroke Campus, near the Students' Association office. Vending machines are also available throughout the campus for refreshments and snacks.
Our new cafeteria opened in January 2007 and includes an expanded kitchen area where our cook apprenticeship students learn the cooking trade when the cafeteria is not open to our students.
The decor of our cafeteria matches our student lounge, The Landing, and a new outdoor patio creates additional space for our students to enjoy their lunch in the sunshine.
