The Vision
The Renaissance Square Project has been the dream to design and build a new home for Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley in Pembroke.  It is destined to become Renfrew County’s hub of education, community service, and economic development.

The Project
Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley has begun construction on its new 100,000 square foot facility on a parcel of land made available by the City of Pembroke, and adjacent to the city's waterfront.

Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley has been serving the Ottawa Valley since the Ontario College system began in 1967. It has known only one main location, and with record enrolments requires a new facility to grow.
