Applications for full-time programs starting in Fall 2012 will be available during October 2011.

Anyone who applies to a Fall 2012 intake prior to the February 1, 2012 equal consideration deadline will be treated equally against all other applicants. Applicants who apply after February 1 will have their applications reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

The OCAS website has an excellent FAQ section that will answer many of the questions you may have about applying to College.
