Managing the Classroom Environment

Although online education is making its presence felt at Algonquin College, the majority of us still spend most of our teaching time in face-to-face environments with our students. An excellent article by Mary Weimann; her "conflict capsules" are very easy to relate to, and her suggestions make good sense.
