Instructions for installing the DocuColor 250/Creo printer on your laptop (PC and MAC)

PC Laptops running Windows XP Professional

Click "Start". Choose "run". Type in the following IP address: \\205.211.43.254

Double-click on "ProcessStore".

The window below will pop up.

Close all windows.

Click "Start", "Settings", "Printers and Faxes".

Locate "Creo-250 ProcessStore". If you see it, you have successfully installed the printer.

Apple Macintosh Laptops running OS X (10.4.11)

Click on this ppd file to download it. Unzip or unstuff the file.

Move the ppd to the following directory:
Macintosh HD/Library/Printers/PPDs/contents/resources/en.lproj

Open the Printer Setup Utility (Applications/Utilities/Printer Setup Utility).

Click "Add".

Select IP Printer. The Protocol should be set to Line Printer Daemon - LPD.

The IP Address is: 205.211.43.20.

The Queue is: publishing_colour

Set the Name to: publishing_CREO250

Leave the Location blank.

Print Using: Click and select Creo.

Click on CREO CX250 v1.0 to select it.

Click Add.

If you see "publishing_CREO250" in the list, then you have successfully installed the printer.
