The Front Desk is the service center of the Residence and is open 24/7. Our Residence Services Representatives (RSRs) are here to answer all of your questions and address any concerns or suggestions you may have.

Laundry Rooms
Laundry Rooms
We have two laundry rooms located on the ground floor that are open 24/7 to cater to all of your laundry needs. There are washers and dryers in both rooms, as well as seating, so now you can study while you wash!
The washers cost $2 per load and dryers cost $2 per load. Use your AC Card to pay for laundry.

There are multiple communal kitchens located around the Residence that are free to use and open 24/7.
Residents are required to bring their own utensils, pots and pans and cooking should not be left unattended at any time.

35th Street Market Café
Welcome to our made-to-order fresh and prepared in house meals and grab and go convenience store. Be sure to watch for special features. We welcome your suggestions to cater to your tastes.
Not only is 35th Street Market Café a great first stop for your meal plan, they also accept debit and credit. They are also able to load additional funds onto your meal plan and AC Cash accounts.

We have many social lounges around the Residence for you to use with your friends, or to study in if you prefer a more social environment. We have a movie lounge, lounges with pool tables, lounges with table tennis tables, and lounges simply to lounge in.
Speak to Front Desk about borrowing equipment such as pool and table tennis equipment! You’ll just need to bring your student card to borrow items.

We have multiple study rooms located around the Residence if you are looking for an alternative place to study outside of your suite. These rooms are a mix of individual study rooms and group study rooms, so you’re sure to find somewhere that suits your study style!

On the fourth floor, we have our very own fitness suite exclusive to residents. It’s always open for you to use and contains a range a cardio and weight machines.
