What ACSIS Can Do! | Watch the how-to videos!

ACSIS is a workhorse that does a lot! Most of the services offered in person at the Registrar’s Office are available on ACSIS. Save yourself some time and take a look at all the useful things it can do. We’ve also created some useful videos to help you navigate the most common tasks. Check it out!

Here’s my top “10” (it’s 17… tell no one!) of the most useful things that ACSIS can do:

  1. Proof of Enrolment, under “Print Letters”. | Watch the video

  3. Timetables, here’s where to look. Timetable changes too! | Watch the video
  4. Tax Receipts.
  5. Find your Account Balance under “Account Balance”

  7. Employment Support Centre, check out “HireAC”
  8. Order Student Copy Transcripts.
  9. View Grades.
  10. Confirmation of Graduation Status.
  11. Defer your fees! Put off paying your entire tuition.

  13. Apply for bursaries, check under “Financial Aid”.
  14. Find your Brightspace credentials under “Network Account Into”.

Archived Program Monographs

A program monograph is a complete look at a program at a specific point in time. This includes the description, program of study and course titles.

Looking for the make-up of the program you took back in the day? We make past versions of our programs available for students here in the program monograph archive. Since programs and courses change over time we keep a record for each academic year. An academic year runs from September to August. To find the correct monograph choose the academic year in which you began your program. Happy hunting!
