All Algonquin College Faculty, Support Staff, and Administrators interested in participating in this program must apply using the form below. Applicants to the program will be required to demonstrate their committment to incorporating the outcomes of the learning experience into teir role at the college and be prepared to complete all three stages of the program.

Completed application forms must be approved and signed by Departmental Chair/Manager and the Dean/Director. Each school or department is then asked to submit the applications directly to Cheryl Barrett in Learning and Teaching Services (either dropped off or emailed as a pdf file to barretc@algonquincollege.com). In cases where there are more than one name being submitted, each Schools/Department is asked to establish a priority order to the list of participants. Applications will be accepted up until March 29th. It is anticipated that selections will be made by March 30th.
