What is it?

The Student Tutoring Service is designed to help registered students who are experiencing difficulties in certain courses.
Students are matched with trained senior students for one-to-one tutoring. Tutoring for more advanced courses may be available in certain subject areas.

This program is run by Counselling Services in collaboration with the Students’ Association.

Cost?

For each hour of tutoring students pay $4.00. The Students’ Association will pay the remaining $7.00 per hour through CSEP grants. The tutors are then paid $11.00 per hour. Students with severe financial hardship can apply to Counselling Services for help in covering costs.
