Algonquin College Student Employment Services can facilitate the hiring process for you through a variety of professional services. Consider hiring an Algonquin College student or graduate to meet your human resources requirements.

We offer a full range of services, including:

• The use of the On-Line Graduate Referral System to access qualified graduates who meet the requirements of your current program-related, contract or full-time employment vacancy;

• The opportunity to advertise your summer, part-time, contract, international or full-time positions on college-wide bulletin boards and on-line;

• Access to Algonquin's Cooperative Education graduates whose programs of study integrate practical experience with classroom learning;

• Use of the on-campus recruitment service which includes provision of interview space and/or booth space in a high profile area;

• Access to students through Employer Nights, Career Days, Job Fairs, class discussions, information sessions;

• Access to information from the Graduate Employment Report which is published every summer. All post-secondary and adult training graduates are surveyed six months after graduation to determine their employment status;

• Access to information concerning college programs, graduate availability current junior salary levels and labour market participation.
