The College's Health Services department on your campus provides professional, confidential medical services.
Physicians available by appointment from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday. (NOTE:Call ahead during summer hours to check physician availability.)
Registered Nurses provide assessment and treatment of minor illnesses or injury. No appointment necessary |

MEDICAL FORMS are required for some programs. If you are required to submit forms for your programs, they will be provided to you in your acceptance package. Copies are available online. Forms for Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), collaborative program are not mailed out and must be downloaded. |
