For students in the Veterinary Technician Program, No formal Entry Immunization Form is required. 

However, you will be required to provide documentation of  a Tetanus vaccination done within the last 10 years.  Please submit a copy of this record to your program coordinator at the beginning of the semester.

An Important Message Regarding Rabies Vaccines

All students who have been offered admission into the Veterinary Technician program should have received the pre-exposure Rabies vaccines prior to starting the program.  However, because the vaccine is in short supply this year some students may have difficulty getting vaccinated before the beginning of school. Students who are in this situation will still be permitted to start the program but will be required to sign a waiver form indicating that they were unable to acquire the Rabies vaccine. Should the vaccine become available during the academic year, students must ensure that they get fully vaccinated at that time.
