Counselling Centre

Coming into a new environment with new social groups can be stressful sometimes. The Mamidosewin Centre was created for Aboriginal Students to meet and share with other Aboriginal students.  The center is a welcoming place to relax, study or visit - a place to feel at home that is respectful of our culture. The centre provides an Aboriginal education counsellor to offer professional, and discreet services to all Aboriginal students with academic or personal concerns.   The centre is also used as an information center for other Aboriginal cultural and social events in the national capital region.  Drop by for a visit or you can make a confidential appointment with the Mamidosewin Center counsellor by calling 613-727-4723 Ext. 5566.  miigwech, nia:wen
