SPRING SESSION FOR GRADE 12 - WEDNESDAY, May 5th, 2010 AT ALGONQUIN
What is Make the CUT
Make the CUT Fall 2009 has been presented. The next session will be held at Algonquin College, Woodroffe Campus, on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 .
This program is a joint initiative of Algonquin College's Centre for Students with Disabilities and Carleton University's Paul Menton Centre for Students with Disabilities in collaboration with the Public and Catholic School boards of Ottawa-Carleton, Upper Canada, and Renfrew County.
The program provides prospective students with an orientation to the post secondary environment with a focus on specific resources available for students with Learning Disabilities or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. A fall Make the CUT session for Grade 12 students considering college and/or university wasl hosted at Carleton University , on Wednesday, November 25, 2009. A spring Make The CUT session for Grade 12 students considering college and/or university will be hosted at Algonquin College, Woodroffe Campus, on Wednesday, May 5, 2010.

Encouraging Students to Make the CUT! - an article from Carleton Now
Participants must register through their school's Special Education Teacher. Registration details are provided to these teachers 4 to 6 weeks prior to an event.
