SERVICES AVAILABLE

A registered nurse is available to assist you with your forms, free of charge, no appointment necessary.  TB testing is available free of charge.  Blood work is not available at the Pembroke Campus, but can be done through a physicians’ office, your local health unit or at the Woodroffe Campus.  Vaccination clinics are held three times per year to assist you with the vaccination process.  Check with our office for details.

Winter office hours: Mon-Thurs 9-2 and Fri 9-1.
Summer hours (July and August): Tues-Wed-Thur 9-2.

Students attending programs at the Pembroke Campus may either mail in their health forms or drop off forms in person. Please submit copies of immunization records and blood test results (if required for your program).  If you are submitting your forms in person, please bring your health card, along with the forms, to Health Services.

If you are a student from the Ottawa area and are attending a program at the Pembroke Campus, you can have your forms processed by the staff at the Woodroffe Campus Health Services.
