AC Sustainability Sign

Caring Today, For Tomorrow

All Algonquin College community members are invited to join in on our journey to a Sustainable Algonquin College.

Our commitments under both the Talloires Declaration and the ACCC Pan Canadian Protocol for Sustainability assure that this direction is unwavering. Our Sustainability Framework guides our actions as we seek to deliver on goals in areas of Social, Economic and Environmental (S-E-E) performance in all areas of the College’s operations, academics and planning for the future.

Students, professors, administrators, staff, and members of our broader Algonquin College community are valuable contributors as we collectively build a Sustainable Algonquin College together. We are happy to have you on board!

Our Framework

The Sustainable Algonquin Framework guides our collective efforts and helps each of us see where our own contributions can make a difference. It will shape practices and decisions related to College affairs and our curriculum by laying out nine goals across three pillars of sustainability: Social, Economic and Environmental (S-E-E).
