We work with all employees who wish to start a project or have an idea of a project that can improve the student experience making it more likely that they will continue their studies at Algonquin. Student retention can be affected in many ways, such as by improving access to a resource or helping them have the tools needed to be successful.

Any ideas that you have, from creating a video to adding a new online resource for a specific initiative, we are here to help you develop them and guide you.
