Madeleine Cleroux

Madeleine has been teaching Industrial Relations for approximately eight years at Algonquin College.
She is a part time Professor in the Business Administration Human Resources Management Program.
Madeleine studied Business Administration and later Women’s Studies at Laurentian University.
Her goal at Algonquin College is to prepare students to make an informed decision when choosing their career path in HR within a unionized environment or not.
Madeleine has worked in a unionized environment for over 30 years. When she is not working as a Classification and Pay Equity Officer, she volunteers her time with a dog rescue organization, claiming four for herself.

Ray Gotceitas

Ray has worked in the National Capital Region for over 25 years and has held positions in Human Resources, Information Technology and Management Consulting.

Currently, in addition to teaching at Algonquin College, he works in Global HRIS for Alcatel-Lucent, a global telecommunications corporation with a strong presence in Ottawa.

Ray holds his Masters of Business Administration Degree from Queen’s University.

Ray has a strong passion for teaching, and greatly enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with students to assist them in achieving their own career aspirations.

Erika Bryan-Clayton

Erika is a Professor in Human Resources and is the School of Business Faculty Coop Coordinator.

Erika has over 11 years of teaching experience and over 8 years Coop experience at Algonquin College.

Her industry experience has been as a Human Resources Generalist for both public sector organizations and private enterprises.

Erika holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa with a double major in Human Resources Management and Marketing.

Erika enjoys guiding and supporting students through their academic journey to develop skills which will enable their success for their chosen career.

When she is not teaching Erika enjoys travelling and participating in a wide variety of sports.
