Dr. Matin Foomani

Matin Foomani is a dedicated and determined professional with a passion for mentorship, instruction, leadership, and business analysis.

With expertise in supply chain management and advanced business analytics, he excels in problem-solving and seamlessly integrates academic training with practical experience.

Currently overseeing critical operations and logistics systems within Canada’s largest supply chain network, Matin is known for his innovative thinking and commitment to quality.

In his role at Canada Post, he serves as the design authority for numerous mail processing and supply chain systems, and supervises AI-based OCR development.

His skills include engineering management, problem-solving, mathematical modeling, critical thinking, research leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication and collaboration.

Matin holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, an M.A.Sc. in Intelligent Transportation Systems, an MBA from Warwick Business School,and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.

Kelsie Stokely

Kelsie Stokely completed a BBH at Bishops University in Management Science & Information Systems and Economics.

Her love of Supply chain and Logistics then saw her complete a Post Graduate certificate in SCM at Humber College and then later an MBA with a specialization in International Business from the University of Ottawa.

Kelsie has taken on roles of increasing responsibility in Network and Transportation at Canada Post over the last 15 years and is currently the Director of Network Design.

This department designs the Logistics for all contracted transportation (Air/Surface/Rail/ Marine) for Canada Post and represents one of the most complex Logistics networks in Canada.

Elizabeth Eldridge

Elizabeth Eldridge has 18 years of experience as a Logistics Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy across domestic, continental, and international spheres and has worked extensively in the Non-Profit sector.

She completed her Undergraduate Degree at the Royal Military College in 2010 and graduated from HEC Montréal with a Masters in Global Supply Chain Management in 2020.

She has an interest in supply chain management applications as part of sustainable development strategies and the impacts on poverty, particularly within smallholder agricultural communities.

Dr. Ahmad Teymouri

Dr. Ahmad Teymouri, Coordinator of Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) and Bachelor of Commerce Supply Chain Management programs, received his Ph.D. in Digital Transformation and Innovation in 2020.

Ahmad completed three master’s degrees: Master of Applied Science in Project Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operation Management, and M.Sc. in Management Information Systems. He completed his industrial engineering degree in 2000.

His research includes Operations Management, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management using big data analysis, mathematical modeling, simulation, and optimization techniques.

Ahmad brings over 15 years of industry experience in car manufacturing, oil and gas construction projects (and postal service. His certificates and training include: Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (RMP), Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Excellence Model (PEM), and Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3).

Dr. Teymouri is also the Research Lead and Supervisor of the Green Supply Chain and Sustainability Lab at Algonquin College. He collaborates with industry and public-sector partners including Canada Post, DiCom, Ciena, Loblaw Companies, The Ottawa Hospital, and Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL) on applied research and innovation projects.
