“Each course was designed to teach us a new fundamental skill that we would need to know. The chefs were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, giving new ideas to help us grow and come up with something new of our own. While there were challenges during COVID, being able to overcome them has made me learn new things about myself and help me grow as both a chef and as a person. We were able to get more instruction on an individual basis when we needed help figuring out how to make something, which was especially helpful in sugar work and advanced cake decorating.”
