One-Year Graduate Certificate
After taking our one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program you’ll have the skills and competencies necessary to work in nonprofit organizations.
The program teaches strategic planning, human resources, volunteer management, marketing and communications, legal and ethical issues, governance, program planning and evaluation, advocacy and governmental relations, financial management, technology, resource development and risk management.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Nonprofit Sector Management certificate program, you need to have a two-year community college diploma (minimum) or equivalent. Some applicants may be considered based on relevant work experience and a personal interview (case-by-case basis).
If you are a working professional in the nonprofit sector or are pursuing a career in the sector, this program is ideal for you!

Careers in this field include executive director, administrative officer, program or project coordinator, funds developer, communications manager, marketing coordinator, volunteer coordinator or membership coordinator in nonprofit organizations.
