Printer Toner & Other Supplies
Toner
- Printer toners are ordered automatically and are included in the cost of printing.
- College printers are monitored remotely & a replacement toner will be delivered to your printer’s location whenever the device reaches a minimum threshold of toner remaining.
- Please wait to replace the toner until prompted to do so by a message displayed on the device screen.
- If you are in need of a toner, but have not yet received a replacement, please contact The Print Shop.
- The Print Shop is committed to environmental sustainability and is proud to participate in the Ricoh Canada Toner Cartridge Recycling Program. Any used printer toner cartridges or waste toner boxes & bottles can be brought to The Print Shop for recycling free of charge. The Print Shop is located in room H110, within Connections: The Campus Store, and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Waste Boxes & Bottles

- Unlike toners, waste boxes & bottles are not ordered automatically.
- Whenever you replace a waste toner box or bottle on your office printer, please contact The Print Shop to request a replacement.
- If you are in need of a waste toner box or bottle, and do not have one on hand, please contact The Print Shop.

Staples
- Departments that have printers with stapling capabilities are required to purchase replacement staple cartridges.
- Employees can order staple refills for their office printer from the AC Workplace category on The Print Shop Online.
