With AC-Print you can print your document directly from your macOS device then tap your AC card on any campus printer to start printing.
Before getting started, make sure that you are connected to the AC Secure wireless network & that you have Print Balance or AC Cash available.
Your AC-Print login is your College network username and password which can be found in ACSIS.
1. Go to System Settings.
2. Choose Printers and Scanners.
3. Choose Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax…
4. SelectAC-Print from the list and choose Add. Optional: for black & white only printing, select AC-Print-BLACK.
5. Choose File then Print from your document.
6. Choose AC-Print as your printer.
6 a. New in 2026: Choose the printer AC-Print-BLACK instead to guarantee a black & white print, regardless of the print options selected on your device, or type of printer you choose to use.
7. Set your desired print options.
8. Choose Print.
9. Log in using your College network credentialswhen prompted. You will only have to log in the first time you print.
10. After sending your job to the AC-Print printer, log into any campus printer by tapping your AC Card.
11. Choose Print Release, then choose the job you wish to release, or edit, by choosing the right arrow.
12. Confirm or edit the number of copies or colour mode prior to printing.
13. Choose Print to release your job to print.
13 a. If you are a staff or faculty member, you will need to select the budget code you wish to use before your job will print.
