Service updates from Campus Services – Power Outage, March 17 2026

UPDATE (March 18, 2026): All Campus Services have resumed normal operations today. Thank you for your patience as we brought our systems back online following the March 17, 2026, power outage.

UPDATE (March 17, 2026): As a result of the March 17, 2026, Power Outage, and the cancellation of classes on the Ottawa Campus, Campus Services would like to share the following operational adjustments.

Residence

Power is now restored, and Residence remains open and operational. Please allow some time for all services to re-connect and resume as expected.

Food Services

The 35th Street Market Cafe (Residence) is currently open for meal plan purchases. Other card payments will be accepted once internet connectivity is restored.

The Fix Eatery (Building CA),The Marketplace Food Court (Building D) and Tim Hortons (Building A) are closed.

Connections: The Campus Store

Connections: The Campus Store is closed for in-person shopping. Online shopping and ordering remains available through our website.

We do not anticipate any delay in the processing or pick-up dates of new or existing orders.

The Print Shop and Campus Printers

The Print Shop is closed for in-person pick-up of print orders. The Print Shop online ordering remains open to receive orders.

We do not anticipate any delay in the production or pick-up dates of new or existing orders.

Printers in hallways, classrooms, labs, and offices are available but may be impacted as network access is restored.

Parking Services

Parking lots and short-term parking with HONK Mobile remain open as usual.

Parking Services is closed today for in-person service. Services remain available online.

Card Services

Card Services is closed today for in-person service.

Students who are looking to get an AC Card + U-Pass can begin the process by uploading their photo online.

Locker Services

Locker Services is closed today for in-person service.

Students who wish to rent a locker can do so online.
