CST Service Desk

From March 14th to April 1st the Computer Systems Technician (CST) Support Team will be offering FREE tech support services to Pembroke Campus students, faculty, family and friends for personal devices only. (No school-owned equipment/devices). Since the CST support team are students, we cannot provide replacement pieces but we can install them.
If items need to be dropped off for service, clients can create a ticket. A time and date for drop-off at the Pembroke Campus will be arranged.
Visit the Algonquin CST Helpdesk page and select “Open a new ticket” to schedule an appointment.
Services will include:
- Troubleshooting
- Repairs (we will not provide
- Upgrade suggestions
- Installs (customer must provide software/hardware)
- General maintenance
- Create back-ups/re-install back-ups
