Feast the Drum Ceremony

June 21st is National Indigenous Peoples Day. All campus employees are invited to attend a community event to mark this important day at the Pembroke marina, just to the East of our Waterfront Campus. The community activity will include Indigenous teachings and music. The College campus drum will be feasted at the ceremony, providing college employees with an opportunity to engage in this traditional Indigenous ceremony by donating gifts to the drum.

We will be gathering on June 21st at 10:30 a.m. to Feast our Algonquin College Community Drum. All are welcome. Please come to the Commons and we will walk together to the Marina for the community event.
