Logistics – Event Materials

To reserve Event Support Materials, you must be a College Employee with a Budget Code and Cost Centre.
Please complete the form below, and we will get in touch with you within 2 business days.

*New - You must reserve and pick up all items at least 2-3 days in advance.
For example, if your event takes place on Tuesday, you must pick up all the items on Friday (as the items may not be available on the same day as your event).

Please note: Some of the items listed on the website may not be available due to other people ordering them earlier.

For example: 500K. Please note: There is no cost for borrowing event support materials. However, if a borrowed item is damaged or returned dirty ( i.e. table cloths) your department will be charged for the cost of repairing, replacing or dry cleaning as required. We kindly ask that NO FOOD or DRINKS be placed on the table cloths for the duration of your event.

If you have borrowed any promotional materials, you are responsible for returning these items yourself, within the time indicated in this form.
