Food and Conference Services (Ottawa Campus)

Food and Conference Services is Algonquin College’s in-house catering service and coordinator of external room rentals at the Ottawa campus. If your event requires catering, whether it be a meal, snacks, or refreshments, Food and Conference Services is your go-to.

Food and Conference Services deals primarily with external guests coming to campus and looking to book an event. They also act as a resource to internal departments when conducting events on campus, mainly through the food service aspect of an event, as well as provide guidance on set up requirements and logistics coordination where appropriate (i.e. use of the Salons in D Building).

Catering Orders (Ottawa Campus)

Food and Conference Services is happy to provide you with a quote before booking their services, if required. If you are interested in acquiring a quote before booking, please complete the Request a Banquet, Catering, Wedding or Conference quote form.

Once you have confirmed your on-campus location, date and time, and have reviewed the Catering Menu (Conferences & Meetings) you can fill out the online catering form with your required order. You will use your network username (do not include @algonquincollege.com) to sign in and your network password. Ensure you are connected through VPN to place your online order.

Pipe and Drape Rental (Ottawa Campus)

Food and Conference Services is happy to provide pipe and drape rental options for AC employees. If you are interested in renting pipe and drape, you may complete the booking request form. Please note: the internal cost to rent is $5 +HST per 10 feet of pipe and drape.
